Costs of Creating a Google Business Profile at a Virtual Address in Virtoffice
Yes, we offer Google Business Profile creation as an additional paid service for active Virtoffice clients.
The service fee is 100 PLN net (123 PLN gross).
Materials for office signage, required by Google, are not included in this price and will be invoiced separately.
The cost of signage depends on the selected variant and visual needs.
Google requires physical signage at the listed address (e.g., a nameplate with the company name) as part of the verification process.
The signage must comply with Google's guidelines — we handle this specifically for profile verification.
You can order the Google Business Profile setup from your client account — the option is available at the bottom of the "Services" menu.
After placing the order, we will contact you to arrange the signage details and complete the verification process.
- The client places the order via the panel.
- Virtoffice prepares the signage and photo documentation.
- We carry out the verification according to Google's requirements.
- Once verified, the profile appears in Google Search and Google Maps.
We cannot guarantee acceptance by Google.
We carry out all required actions (signage, photo documentation, registration assistance), but the final approval decision belongs solely to Google.
We are not responsible for potential rejection or changes to Google's verification policy.
After payment is completed in the client profile, the next step is to send us the graphics for the signage, such as your company logo or name to be placed on the sign.
Send the graphic by email to: biuro@virtoffice.pl, including your company name and client ID.
Yes, once we receive the graphic, we'll prepare the signage ourselves – you don't have to worry about making it.
The administrator of the property (ASNOR) decides on the size, placement, and final appearance of the signage.
The signage must meet Google's requirements and comply with local regulations – that's why we cannot guarantee a specific format.
Typically, the signage is installed within 3–7 business days after we receive the correct graphic.
Once installed, we report it in the Google system.
No – we do not accept ready-made materials.
All signage elements must be prepared by us according to set standards and will be invoiced separately.
Shipping Letters and Parcels from Virtoffice
We offer shipping services for letters and parcels that arrive at your Virtoffice virtual address.
The shipping request can be submitted directly from your client profile, in the "Services" tab — at the bottom of the menu.
To order shipping, please:
- Log into your client profile.
- Go to the "Services" section.
- Select "Mail or Parcel Shipping."
- Pay for the service online.
- Provide the exact delivery address.
If there are no doubts about the order content, the service will be processed automatically without further contact.
Shipments are processed once a week, usually on Fridays.
In case of a high volume of orders, dispatch may be spread across other business days.
Yes — if the shipment has a tracking number (e.g., InPost), we will send it to you by email after dispatch.
