Founder and architect of VirtOffice

My name is Marcin Paweł Bortkun and I'm the creator of the concept and architect of VirtOffice.

From the start, my goal wasn't to build another virtual office, but to design a coherent service model for entrepreneurs — convenient, secure and as automated as possible.

I'm responsible for strategy, the growth of our network of locations, technology and processes. I pay particular attention to the legal and organizational preparation of the service.

I believe real professionalism shows not in promises, but in procedures, accountability and predictable service.

Izabela Różańska-Kołakowska

Accounting and business services development

My name is Izabela Różańska-Kołakowska and I'm responsible for developing the accounting area available within the VirtOffice ecosystem.

I joined the project because accounting is a natural next step in a company's growth — alongside an address, business registration and mail handling.

I care about accounting being not just correct, but above all understandable, well organized and helpful in the everyday running of a business.

I want clients to feel that on the other side there are real people who understand their business and do their job responsibly.

Accounting within the VirtOffice ecosystem is provided in cooperation with MobilniKsięgowi.pl.
Why was VirtOffice created?
